Australia's Lucas Herbert won the LIV UK title in Staffordshire with a commanding final-day performance, ending the tournament at 30 under par. He finished six shots clear of England's Tyrrell Hatton, who took second place at 24 under. The result was also billed as the lowest finishing mark on the LIV tour.
Herbert's strong close turned the event into a clear-cut victory. Hatton stayed nearest to him on the leaderboard, but the Australian created enough separation on the final day to secure the title comfortably.
Behind the top two, Bryson DeChambeau finished third at 21 under, while fellow Australian Cameron Smith was fourth on 17 under. Caleb Surratt of the United States and Mexico's Abraham Ancer shared the next spot at 14 under.
England's Laurie Canter, along with Charles Howell III and Harold Varner III, were among the players tied on 13 under in a crowded chasing group. Even with several big names in contention, the week belonged to Herbert, whose score and winning margin made him the standout performer at LIV UK.
