NFL training camps are underway, and Arizona’s football program has a sizable group of former players trying to earn places on 53-man rosters. Nearly two dozen ex-Arizona Wildcats are reported to be in camps around the league, giving the school a strong presence as teams begin preseason evaluations.
The latest group includes fresh draft additions from April, when Arizona had four defensive backs selected in the 2026 NFL Draft. That surge on the back end of the defense highlighted one of the program’s strongest recent position groups and sent more Wildcats into the pro pipeline.
Treydan Stukes is among the Arizona names entering camp with draft momentum, while other former Wildcats are working to secure jobs as rookies, returning depth pieces or practice squad candidates. Training camp often becomes the most important stretch for players on the roster bubble, especially those trying to stand out on defense and special teams.
For Arizona, the broad camp representation reflects both recent draft success and continued NFL interest in the program’s talent. As preseason competition unfolds, the focus will be on how many former Wildcats can turn camp invitations and offseason roster spots into regular-season roles.
