Lindsay Clancy is now on trial in Massachusetts in the case involving the deaths of her three young children at the family’s home in Duxbury. According to the report, opening statements were delivered Monday and the first testimony in the case has started.

Court proceedings have also touched on Clancy’s mental state in the period around the incident. The report says her former husband, Patrick Clancy, testified that in December 2022 she told her father that she wanted to die by suicide.
