Ricardo Rojas had his own experience in pro baseball before stepping away from the game. After four seasons in the Cleveland organization without moving beyond High-A, he left baseball for a more traditional career. Years later, after recognizing special ability in his son at age 12, he chose to quit his job and help Jefferson chase his dream.
