Tyler Moore has signed with the New York Giants after a workout, giving the former Iowa State tight end another chance to stick in the NFL. The move marks the latest step in his transition from college football to the pro level.
Moore played five seasons from 2021 through 2025 in Cardinal and Gold, appearing in 45 games. During that stretch, he recorded 21 catches for 245 yards and two touchdowns, offering experience and size at the tight end position.
The background to his pro journey indicates that his first stop outside Iowa came with the Carolina Panthers. He has now landed with the Giants, who brought him in following a workout as they continue evaluating depth and competition at tight end.
For New York, the signing adds another player with game experience and a 6-foot-5 frame to the roster mix. For Moore, it is another opening to compete for a role and continue building his NFL career.
