Infobip said its global RCS traffic rose 169.3%, highlighting strong momentum for richer mobile messaging between brands and customers. The company said the biggest jump came from the United States, where RCS traffic increased 1298.8%.

The Croatia-based cloud communications platform said it is combining scale, experience and market reach to help brands launch and expand customer conversations in fast-growing RCS markets. The update points to rising interest in using more interactive messaging formats instead of basic text-only communication.

RCS, or Rich Communication Services, is being positioned by many messaging providers as a way for brands to deliver more engaging mobile experiences. Infobip framed the latest numbers as a sign that businesses are investing in richer customer communication across multiple international markets.

While the company did not detail every market in the trimmed release, it emphasized that growth is being driven by regions where RCS adoption is accelerating quickly. The latest figures suggest the United States has become a major driver of that expansion for Infobip’s global messaging business.
