Warwickshire have signed India top-order batter Pratika Rawal for the remainder of the 2026 season. The move brings in a player who has already made a notable impression in international one-day cricket.
Rawal, 25, has averaged more than 47 in One-Day Internationals, underlining her consistency at the top of the order. Her record also includes two centuries and eight half-centuries, numbers that point to both reliability and the ability to produce major scores.
For Warwickshire, the signing adds proven batting quality for the rest of the campaign. A top-order player with international experience can be a significant asset over the course of a season, especially in building strong starts and anchoring an innings.
The deal also reflects Rawal's growing reputation as Warwickshire turn to an India batter with an already impressive limited-overs profile. Based on her ODI returns so far, the club are adding a player with established form and clear scoring pedigree.
