Lebanese lawyers have filed a complaint against prominent banker Antoun Sehnaoui after his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Washington. According to the report, more than a dozen lawyers submitted the case to the prosecutor's office in Beirut on Wednesday.
The lawyers argue that the meeting breached Lebanese law. Lebanon bars various forms of contact with Israel, and the complaint appears to center on whether Sehnaoui's reported encounter with Netanyahu crossed that legal line.
