The UK has used a new statement at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe to renew its condemnation of Russia's war against Ukraine. Speaking at the close of the latest trimester, Senior Military Adviser Col Joby Rimmer said too little progress has been made toward the just and lasting peace that Ukrainians deserve.
