The group named in reports, ExfilSquad, is accused of stealing passwords, personal information and other sensitive records.
Based on the available details, the breach exposed more than 740,000 records. The stolen material is said to include personal and professional contact information affecting thousands of people, raising concerns about how widely the compromised data may have circulated.
The reported theft also includes 600,000 lines of code, suggesting the attackers may have gained access to internal technical assets as well as user information. That combination can increase the seriousness of a cyber incident because exposed code may reveal how systems work while stolen credentials and contact data can create further security risks.
