The Esports Foundation and adidas have unveiled a major partnership for the inaugural Esports Nations Cup, with custom national jerseys set to be worn by every participating team. Organizers say the agreement will cover squads from more than 100 countries and territories, making it one of the broadest apparel rollouts yet for an international esports event.
The Esports Nations Cup is scheduled as a four-week competition beginning in November. According to the announcement, teams will compete across 16 of the world’s most popular esports titles, and all of them will receive adidas-designed national kits as part of the event setup.
The partnership highlights how esports organizers are increasingly adopting the visual identity and presentation more commonly associated with traditional international sport. Matching national jerseys can help give the tournament a clearer country-versus-country format while also boosting recognition for teams and fans across multiple game communities.
For adidas, the deal expands its presence in competitive gaming through a large-scale international competition. For the Esports Foundation, the agreement adds a globally recognized sportswear brand to the launch of a new event that aims to bring together national teams from around the world under one tournament banner.
