More than 250 people gathered in Fairview Park in Dublin on Saturday for the annual Wuthering Heights Day fundraiser, turning the park into a lively tribute to Kate Bush’s classic hit. The event brought together participants from across Ireland, all taking part as “Cathys” in a nod to the singer’s famous imagery.
The fundraiser is inspired by the video for Bush’s 1978 number-one single, “Wuthering Heights,” a song that has remained one of her most recognisable works. In Dublin, that influence was reflected in a mass dance performance that has become a yearly attraction for fans and supporters alike.
