Google may finally be getting ready to launch its own tracking tag under the Pixel brand. A new leak points to a device called the Pixel Tag, which appears to be designed to work with the company’s Find Hub network for locating lost items.
The name first surfaced in a recent Pixel 11 leak, and a newer discovery reportedly found several product listings that reference the Google Pixel Tag. That adds weight to the idea that this is more than a passing codename and could be an actual accessory in development.
If the leaked information is accurate, the Pixel Tag would give Google a first-party tracker similar in purpose to Apple’s AirTag. While Google already has the software and network side through Find Hub, it has not yet introduced its own tracking fob, leaving that space to third-party accessories.
At this stage, the report still points to an unreleased product rather than an official announcement, so key details remain uncertain. Even so, the appearance of multiple listings suggests Google could be moving closer to offering a dedicated tracker for Android users who want a simple way to keep tabs on everyday belongings.
