Porta Park says a decade of thermal engineering research has led to the development of what it describes as the world’s first building-material vapor chamber panel that can release heat without electricity. The company also positions the product as an "air-conditioning functional building material" and says it is preparing for commercialization.

The announcement points to a passive approach to heat control in buildings. By integrating vapor chamber technology into a construction material, Porta Park is aiming to improve heat dissipation without depending on electrical power for the cooling function itself.

Vapor chambers are known for spreading heat efficiently, so adapting the concept to building materials could open new uses in structures where heat management is important. Based on the company’s description, the technology is intended to serve as part of the building envelope or installed material rather than as a conventional powered cooling device.

Porta Park framed the launch as the result of 10 years of research and development and said the next step is business rollout. If the technology performs as described at scale, it could add a new option for passive thermal management in construction and related facilities.
