The European Space Agency has opened a call for journalists interested in covering the upcoming launch of the FLEX and Copernicus Sentinel-3C satellites. The media programme is planned for Europe’s Spaceport in French Guiana, where the spacecraft are set to lift off aboard a Vega-C rocket on flight VV30.
According to the announcement, media representatives can now submit expressions of interest to attend launch activities on site. The notice signals the start of accreditation planning around one of ESA’s next major launch events, bringing together two satellite missions on a single Vega-C mission.
The launch will take place from Europe’s Spaceport, ESA’s key launch base in South America, and is expected to attract attention from space and Earth observation reporters. By inviting early interest, the agency is preparing its media access arrangements ahead of the mission campaign.
