Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna told Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha that the international community must respond decisively to Russia’s attacks in the Black Sea, according to information released by Estonia’s foreign ministry. The ministers spoke by phone on 22 July as concerns continued over Russian strikes targeting Ukrainian territory and maritime infrastructure.
The discussion focused on ongoing attacks against Ukrainian cities, civilian infrastructure, and civilian vessels and port facilities.
