Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence has formally codified the MUL.E, describing it as the country’s first all-wheel-drive electric motorcycle and authorizing it for operational use. The decision places the vehicle within the military system as a recognized platform for field deployment.
According to the ministry’s description, the MUL.E is designed around several battlefield-relevant advantages: quiet movement, low visibility, strong off-road performance, high traction, mine resistance and overall versatility. Those features suggest a vehicle aimed at situations where mobility and a reduced signature are especially important.
The all-wheel-drive layout stands out as a key element of the motorcycle’s positioning. Combined with electric propulsion, it points to a machine intended to move across difficult terrain while limiting noise compared with conventional motorcycles, an attribute that can be valuable in reconnaissance, transport or other tactical tasks.
By codifying the MUL.E, Ukraine is signaling official confidence in a domestically developed military mobility platform that emphasizes stealth and terrain access. The approval also highlights continued interest in specialized electric vehicles for operational roles where maneuverability and adaptability matter most.
