Xiaomi has introduced the Mijia Wireless Floor Cleaner 5C, a new cordless model in its more affordable home-cleaning lineup. The device follows last year's 4C and brings a set of upgrades aimed at improving everyday use.
The biggest headline feature is stronger 18,000Pa suction, which should help the Mijia Wireless Floor Cleaner 5C handle tougher dirt and debris more effectively than the previous version. Xiaomi is also highlighting a triple anti-tangle system, a feature designed to reduce hair wrap and make maintenance easier.
Another notable change is faster 60°C drying, which should help the cleaner dry more quickly after use. Xiaomi also says the new model runs more quietly, addressing one of the common concerns users often have with cordless floor cleaners.
Battery life is rated at up to 45 minutes, giving the Mijia Wireless Floor Cleaner 5C enough runtime for longer cleaning sessions on a single charge. Overall, Xiaomi appears to be positioning the new cleaner as a refined successor to the 4C, with stronger suction, less tangling and a more convenient day-to-day experience.
