Quick-commerce company Zepto has introduced Zepto Club, an invite-only paid membership programme, as it moves closer to its planned stock market debut. The new offering includes benefits such as cashback, priority delivery and exclusive discounts, signaling a stronger focus on keeping frequent shoppers engaged on the platform.

The launch comes shortly after Zepto filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India. According to the filing, the proposed public issue includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹7,000 crore.

By adding a subscription-style loyalty layer, Zepto appears to be deepening its customer retention strategy ahead of the IPO process. Membership perks tied to savings and faster service are commonly used to encourage repeat orders, especially in fast-delivery businesses where convenience plays a major role in consumer choice.

The move highlights how Zepto is pairing growth initiatives with public market preparations. As the company advances its IPO plans, the rollout of Zepto Club underscores its effort to strengthen user loyalty while expanding its presence in India’s quick-commerce segment.
