Inflexor Ventures has announced the first close of its third fund, the Inflexor Technology Discovery Fund, at about ₹400 crore. The new vehicle is focused on technology investments and adds fresh capital to India’s startup funding market at a time when founders continue to look for early growth backing.

According to the company’s announcement, the fund will invest mainly at the pre-Series A and Series A stages. Inflexor Ventures plans to write initial cheques in the ₹15 crore to ₹45 crore range, positioning the fund to back startups that are moving beyond seed capital and preparing to scale.

The firm expects Fund III to build a portfolio of 22 to 25 companies. That suggests a strategy centered on selective bets rather than a very broad portfolio, with meaningful early-stage allocations to companies that fit its technology-led investment focus.

The first close marks an important step for Inflexor Ventures as it expands its presence in the Indian venture capital space. With a dedicated tech-focused fund and a clear stage strategy, the firm is setting up to support a new batch of startups through their early institutional funding rounds.
