Exports from the Nashik region rose 11% in FY2025-26 to reach Rs 35,321 crore, pointing to stronger overseas demand and better movement of goods from the area. The latest growth highlights Nashik’s expanding role in regional trade and manufacturing-linked shipments.
Nashik district remained the main contributor to the overall export performance, according to the report. That suggests the district continued to anchor export activity for the wider region, supported by its established industrial and agricultural base.
The increase was driven largely by engineering products and agro goods, two segments that appear to have powered the rise in outward shipments during the year. A healthier mix of industrial exports and farm-linked products helped the region post double-digit growth.
Improved logistics also played an important role in the FY26 result. Better transport and supply chain support can reduce delays and costs for exporters, and that appears to have added momentum to trade from the Nashik region over the year.
