Aarti Industries has announced a leadership transition aimed at reinforcing governance and supporting its long-term growth plans. The company said its board has approved the appointment of Suyog Kotecha as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
The change is set to take effect on October 1, 2026. According to the announcement, the transition is structured to maintain continuity while also sharpening the company’s leadership framework for the next phase of growth.
Aarti Industries also said its promoter directors will continue to play an active role through board leadership positions. That arrangement is intended to preserve strategic oversight at the board level even as day-to-day executive leadership shifts to the incoming Managing Director and CEO.
The move signals a planned succession approach rather than an abrupt change, with the company presenting it as part of a broader effort to strengthen governance standards and create a stable platform for sustained business expansion.
