Apple reported another record quarter in India, with strong Mac demand helping support double-digit revenue growth in the market. The update highlights how India remains an important growth area for the company as it continues to expand its sales momentum.

After the latest quarterly results, chief executive Tim Cook said Apple has now delivered nearly five consecutive years of record June-quarter performance in India. That remark underlines the consistency of the company’s gains in the country, even as broader industry conditions remain uneven.

At the same time, Apple signaled a more cautious outlook for the September quarter. The company said worsening chip-related supply constraints could affect shipments across key product lines, including the iPhone, Mac and iPad.

The result leaves Apple balancing two contrasting trends: solid demand in India, especially for Macs, and fresh pressure from supply chain limits. If component shortages intensify, they could weigh on how much of that demand Apple can convert into shipments in the coming quarter.
