Castle Biosciences reported second-quarter 2026 results showing revenue of $103.5 million, highlighting continued demand across its testing portfolio. The update points to solid momentum in the company’s core revenue drivers during the quarter.

A key operating metric was growth in total test reports for DecisionDx-Melanoma and TissueCypher, which increased 32% from the same period in 2025. That year-over-year gain suggests stronger testing volume in the products the company identified as central to revenue performance.

The company also raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook. Castle Biosciences now expects revenue of $365 million to $375 million, up from its previous guidance range of $345 million to $355 million.

The higher forecast indicates management sees enough strength in recent trends to project a better revenue year than previously expected. With second-quarter revenue above $100 million and core test report growth accelerating, the latest results show Castle Biosciences entering the second half of 2026 with improved expectations.
