Bybit has expanded its tokenized asset offering by allowing six tokenized US stocks to be used as collateral across parts of its platform. The Dubai-based crypto exchange said eligible retail and institutional users can use tokenized shares tied to companies including Nvidia, Apple and Tesla in margin trading and lending products.

The move gives blockchain-based equities a broader role beyond simple price exposure. By accepting tokenized stocks as collateral, Bybit is increasing the financial utility of these products and connecting them more directly with trading and borrowing activity on the exchange.

According to the announcement, the new feature covers six tokenized stocks in total, though only Nvidia, Apple and Tesla were named in the available details. The update applies to both trading and lending services, suggesting Bybit is positioning tokenized equities as more integrated tools within its wider product lineup.

The change also reflects a broader push in digital asset markets to make tokenized versions of traditional financial assets more usable. For Bybit users who meet the eligibility requirements, tokenized shares of major US companies can now play a more active role in how capital is deployed on the platform.
