The episode underscores how robotic platforms are being pushed into direct combat roles rather than serving only in support missions.
The use of these systems reflects a practical battlefield need. Unmanned ground vehicles can be sent into exposed areas that would otherwise put soldiers at immediate risk, and they may help Ukraine hold defensive positions while stretching limited personnel across a long front.
