Mafia: The Old Country is set to receive PS5 downloadable content that broadens the game’s depiction of Sicily. The update gives the single-player crime story more room to develop beyond its original launch offering.
A key part of the expansion is the return of Salieri, a familiar name for Mafia players. His involvement adds another connection to the series’ wider criminal world while extending the game’s narrative scope.
The release follows a launch that delivered a focused single-player experience at a lower price, though that smaller scale also limited the game’s initial reach. Hangar 13 has since worked to strengthen the endgame with free post-launch content.
The planned DLC continues that effort by expanding what players can experience in Sicily and giving Mafia: The Old Country a broader presence on PS5.
