Kim Kardashian-founded shapewear and lifestyle brand SKIMS is entering India through a partnership with Reliance Brands Ltd. The collaboration will introduce the global label to the Indian market.
SKIMS plans to open its first Indian stores in Delhi and Mumbai. The launches will give the brand a physical retail presence in two of the country’s major cities.
The expansion represents SKIMS’ debut in India, described as one of the world’s fastest-growing premium consumer markets. Reliance Brands will manage the brand’s arrival as the partnership brings SKIMS’ international retail and lifestyle offering to Indian consumers.
