SecureTech Innovations has engaged Marcum Asia as its independent registered public accounting firm, selecting a U.S.-based firm registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). The appointment comes as SecureTech scales its operations and prepares to expand into additional markets.
The company said the engagement is intended to strengthen its financial reporting processes as its business grows. Working with a PCAOB-registered accounting firm adds an external reporting resource during this period of operational development.
Concurrently, SecureTech has completed a correction related to a financial statement restatement. The accounting-firm engagement and the completed correction form part of the company’s broader effort to support reporting requirements while pursuing expansion.
