Indo MIM Ltd has announced that its Rs 3,812 crore initial public offering will open for public subscription on July 23. The precision engineering components manufacturer has fixed the IPO price band at Rs 461 to Rs 485 per share, setting the terms for investors ahead of the share sale.

The public issue is one of the larger offerings in the market and is expected to draw attention from investors tracking industrial and manufacturing-focused listings. Based on the announced band, applicants will be able to evaluate the company’s valuation as the subscription window begins.

According to the company’s announcement, the IPO will include a fresh issue of equity shares as part of the overall offer. The fundraising plan is aimed at taking Indo MIM to the public markets while giving investors an opportunity to participate in the company’s next phase of growth.

Indo MIM operates in the precision engineering components space, a segment closely watched for its role in industrial supply chains and manufacturing demand. With the opening date and price band now confirmed, the issue moves into its final pre-launch stage as market participants assess the offer.
