NIP Group Inc. said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement, removing a key listing concern for the company. The announcement was made from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where the company said it received formal written notice from Nasdaq.

According to NIP Group, the notice came from Nasdaq’s Listing Qualifications Department on July 21, 2026. The company said the exchange confirmed that it is now back in line with the minimum bid price standard tied to continued listing on Nasdaq.

The update is important for investors because compliance with exchange rules helps a company maintain its place on a major U.S. stock market. When a listed company falls below a minimum share price threshold, it can face additional scrutiny and the risk of further listing action if the issue is not resolved.

With this notice, NIP Group indicated that the bid price matter has been addressed under Nasdaq’s requirements. The company’s statement signals that, for now, this specific compliance issue is no longer an active overhang for Nasdaq-listed shares of NIPG.
