Abu Dhabi-based Modon Holding and Nammos Hotels & Resorts have unveiled plans for Nammos Ras El Hekma, a new hospitality and residential destination on Egypt’s North Coast. The project brings the Nammos brand to the country through a development positioned around upscale travel, leisure and seaside living.

According to the announcement, the scheme is being developed as a Mediterranean lifestyle destination. It is set to combine branded residences with a luxury resort, alongside a restaurant and beach club offering associated with the Nammos name.

The wider plan also includes a retail village and other supporting elements designed to create a mixed-use coastal destination rather than a standalone hotel. That approach reflects continuing interest in high-end tourism and resort-led real estate projects across the region.

For Modon Holding, the project adds another hospitality-focused development to its portfolio, while for Nammos Hotels & Resorts it marks an expansion of its brand presence. Nammos Ras El Hekma is being positioned as a landmark addition to Egypt’s North Coast leisure market.
