San Diego County home prices stayed above the $1 million threshold in June, with the median price for an existing single-family home reaching $1.085 million. The latest numbers show the local market continuing to post high values even as buyer activity picked up.
According to data released Thursday by the California Association of Realtors, the June median rose from $1.059 million in May. That marks a month-to-month increase as the region's housing market remained expensive by historical standards.
Compared with June 2025, the median price was up 5.9%, indicating continued annual growth in home values. At the same time, sales activity also increased, suggesting that transactions moved higher even with prices holding at elevated levels.
The new figures point to a San Diego housing market where both prices and sales strengthened in June. For buyers and sellers, the latest report reflects a market that remains active while home values continue to hover well above the $1 million mark.
