Georgia football opened its preseason practice schedule Wednesday with an intense workout led by coach Kirby Smart. Light rain did not keep the Bulldogs from beginning preparations on the field.

Media members were allowed to watch roughly 25 minutes of the opening practice. The available viewing period offered an early look at Georgia’s approach as players worked through drills and began the preseason routine.

Smart pushed the team through the session with a high-energy focus, setting the tone for the Bulldogs’ work ahead. The first practice marked the start of Georgia’s preparations and provided an initial glimpse at the team’s preseason intensity.
