Group 1 Automotive has announced that the former Ira Collision Center North location in Saco, Maine, is now operating as Group 1 Collision Saco. The name change places the facility under the Group 1 Collision brand.
The Saco center will serve Group 1 customers across Maine while continuing to operate from the former Ira Collision Center North location. The announcement was made on Aug. 5, 2026.
Group 1 Automotive said the change is part of a broader effort to create a unified identity across its network of dealerships and collision centers. The updated name connects the Saco facility more directly with the company’s wider Group 1 operations.
